Hi [Name],

I’m [Your name], a [school] parent and one of the people behind UniformHub, a new marketplace for preloved school uniforms and club sports gear, made by parents for parents.

Families can buy and sell [School] uniforms in a couple of taps. They filter by item, size, condition and price, chat in the app to arrange pick-up, and pay securely in the app, so no cash changes hands. Sold items disappear automatically, so everything listed is available.

It works year-round with no stall to staff, no cash tin and no racks to sort, and it costs the school nothing.

Would you be happy to share it with families? I’ve attached a one-page overview and a short newsletter blurb you can paste straight in. I’m also happy to drop off QR posters for the uniform shop.

Thanks so much,
[Your name]
